Minimal
Nothing to touch
Nothing to breathe in
Little to see
Nothing special to notice
and yet
the simplicity has so much beauty
sometimes little is more
and to catch an eye there needn't be anything to notice at all
the crisp white sheets
the cold winter breeze
the musky peppery fog
that pecks our noses and our cheeks
and
the white walls surrounding the room
that envelope the tears of the
past
present
and
future
that hide the secrets that are yet to be told
and escape the walls of the safe haven
when?
who knows
soon?
i guess we'll just wait and see
