if you're not happy with the way that it seems to be going
if what you're doing loses its interest that it once had;
change your perspective

if you don't like the path you're going;
change direction

if you think there is toxicity in your life;
Remove it

if you feel tears that shouldn't be there find a way to be happy again.
Do the things you love. 
It's OK to need to take your mind off of things

if you feel alone talk to someone or something. Maybe your friend or cat or plant.
Maybe write it down if you like 
Or 
Paint it out 
Or
Drown yourself in books in the land of unknown characters

if you have forgetten who you are;
take your time to sit in silence and think it through

Sometimes the little changes are all you need
